How to make a purchase. Please move around our product sales pages and add any items you wish to purchase via the Add To Cart buttons associated with each product. After you have completed your selection and wish to pay for your items, use the View Cart button and check your selection. Once you are happy with the details, select Proceed To Checkout and choose your method of payment. This sales cart is provided by Paypal although you do not require a Paypal account to use it. The cart will allow purchases to be made using a Paypal account or any of the major credit cards. Please note : Paypal account holders who wish to pay by credit card should use a card that has been pre-registered within your Paypal account. Please supply the information that will be requested to complete the order. We thank all customers who make purchases from our site and when a transaction has been completed, a receipt for your purchase will be emailed to you.
Shipping. Charges are calculated by weight for deliveries to locations within the UK using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service and for International locations within Europe using Royal Mail Airmail service. Delivery charge will be displayed during the Checkout process.For Multi purchases or All other International destinations or you require a International Signed For service then please contact us for postage and packing rates.
Delivery times. We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day after we receive it, if the part numbers are in stock. UK orders are normally delivered within 3 days of posting and International orders within 1 week of posting, however, please allow 28 days for delivery.
Prices. All prices quoted on our website, for sales products, are in UK sterling. Please note that we trade below the VAT threshold and therefore the prices advertised are the price you pay for each unit excluding shipping.
Returns. Please contact us within 7 days of reciept of your order if you wish to cancel your purchase during the 7 day cooling off period as laid out in the EU Distance Selling Directive. For more information EU Distance Selling Directive. Please return the magnifying item to us with the original packaging within 2 weeks of cancellation. Your refund will consist of the price paid for the relevant goods involved and the original postage and packaging charge for sending the goods to you.
