THE SHIPPING Charges are calculated by weight using the Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Signed For and Special Delivery Next Day by 13.00 hrs service for locations within the UK, and for International locations using Royal Mail Airmail service.
THE SUPPORT We are very happy for you to contact us for advice on any of the product offered for sale within this website but please note that sales transactions should be conducted through the sales cart on our website and cannot be processed by telephone. You do not need to have a PayPal account and there is no requirement to set one up to purchase goods as you can process the order as a PayPal Guest and continue the transaction by credit card.
How to make a purchases. Please move around our product pages and add any items you wish to purchase via the Add To Order buttons associated with each product. On selecting each product for purchase, or selecting the View Order buttons, you can view your current cart. After you have completed your selection and wish to pay, view your order and select your Shipping Options and confirm that you have read our terms and conditions by checking the Terms and Conditions box and press Click to continue which will take you to the next page from which you can choose to select the Secure Order Form (PayPal) to proceed to payment. You can use our checkout to pay by all major credit cards as a PayPal Guest or through your PayPal account. We thank all customers who make purchases from our site.

Delivery times. We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day after we receive it, if the part numbers are in stock. UK orders are normally delivered within 3 days of posting and International orders within 1 week of posting, however, please allow 28 days for delivery.
Prices. All prices quoted on our website, for products, are in UK sterling. PLEASE NOTE that we trade below the VAT threshold and cannot suply a VAT invoice, however, with regard to displayed prices, the only amount that you pay is the value displayed in brackets against each product description, per unit, plus the relevant shipping cost.
Returns. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order if you wish to cancel your purchase during the 7 day cooling off period as laid out in the EU Distance Selling Directive. For more information EU Distance Selling Directive. Please return the product to us with the original packaging within 2 weeks of cancellation. Your refund will consist of the price paid for the relevant goods involved and the original postage and packaging charge for sending the goods to you.
