Conservation and Restoration - contact details

All consultations are by appointment only.
Please do not attempt repairs to any piece prior to shipping to us. The use of superglue, prior to the piece arriving at our studio, will extend the restoration period and increase the repair costs due to the time scale required to remove it.
For restoration and conservation estimates via e-mail, please attach digital images with your request. A reasonable idea of the condition and restoration requirements of any piece can be gained from good photographic evidence, either by e-mail attachments or photographs and an approximate value of work required can be given initially in this way. If it is possible to arrange a workshop inspection, then a better understanding of the damage and restoration requirements can be gained and a full detailed estimate supplied.
Payment can be made by various methods. Cash on collection. Cheques made payable to 'Ceramics Restored'. Invoice sent to your email address (includes credit card facility). Stock item purchases via web site cart (Paypal)
No work will be carried out without authorisation
All ceramic repairs are carried out subject to our standard terms and conditions, a copy of which is available on request.
Please note that we normally work towards a turn around period of a 12 weeks. See our services page for more details.
Postage charges are the responsibility of the client.
Please ensure that you securely pack all items for shipment to avoid any damage being caused in transit
Please extend your insurance cover during the in transit and repair process.
